Cru’s Athletes in Action

Nick is a member of Cru’s Athletes in Action whose mission is to see Christ-followers in every sport, on every team, and in every nation. He is based in Colorado and works with university athletes to help them develop a personal relationship with Jesus, build them up in their faith and send them equipped to be life-long ministers of the Gospel.

Last September Nick and Laurel were married. They currently live in the Denver area and Nick travels one day a week to Colorado Springs where he helps with the University of Colorado track and field team. He is also working to minister to athletes at Regis University in Denver as well as finishing up the last two classes to complete his 30 credit hours of theology education.

Nick sees this time as one of solidifying his base in marriage, education, funding and purpose. It’s a time of asking God what He has for him, what Nick needs to do and being open to the changes to which God is leading him.
