David has enjoyed serving in a teaching and pastoral ministry at Laurel Community Church since 2003. Prior to coming to LCC, David served on staff at Community Bible Church in Mountain View, CA after serving as a missionary in Rome and Naples, Italy, where he learned to love espresso and pasta “al dente”. David and Donelle have 4 children and a fun-loving Golden Retriever named Jessie. David enjoys bicycling when it’s not raining, reading when it is, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, taking long walks with Donelle, hanging out with his kids and going to get coffee.

Jim is the overseer of our worship, youth and children’s ministries. Jim joined the Laurel Church family in 1986, and came on staff full time in 2005. He has been married to his wife Rebecca for 20 years. They have 3 children; Jacob, Luke, and Maggie. Jim enjoys good coffee, photography, keeping track of friends on Facebook, and watching his kids, as well as the students in the youth group play sports.

 Dave is overseer of our fellowship / connections ministry and missions. Dave and his family joined Laurel church in 1993. He and his wife, Cyd, have been married for 30 years and they have 4 grown children. He enjoys his remodeling business, as well as hiking, camping, golfing, and other outdoor activities. Serving others here at home, as well as short term missions brings him joy. |
Doug has been at Laurel for eight years. He is a life-long student of
Scripture and has a passion for theology. He has been married to Kathy
for 33 years, has two grown sons and six grandchildren. He enjoys
his vegetable garden and fruit trees and is currently learning
Spanish to prepare for short-term mission projects in Latin America.
