How To Register Your Child           

1. Print out and complete both pages of the registration form.

2. Mail form along with a $45 non-refundable registration fee to the church address listed at the top of this page.  Checks should be payable to Laurel Church Preschool.    

3. One of our teachers will contact you concerning your child's placement and our
   orientation requirements.

Registration (non-refundable): $45.00          3's Class: $100/month         4's Class: $120/month

By State Law, a completed immunization form is required for each child who attends preschool prior to admittance. An immunization form will be included in your orientation packet. Forms will be evaluated as to their completeness by the Laurel Church Preschool Head Teacher.
