Natural Church Development Survey Results

A church is a dynamic, living organism whose health is constantly changing. No matter how healthy a church is there is always room for improvement. The following profiles are the result of a survey filled out in January, 2007 by many individuals at Laurel. The input from the survey has been formulated to identify Laurel's current areas of strength as well as areas that limit growth according to 8 areas that have been identified by the Natural Church Development group as necessary for a healthy church. The Church Health Team will be utilizing this information along with coaching from Living Stones to set the direction for removing barriers to healthy growth at Laurel. As barriers are effectively removed others will be identified. These profiles, therefore, are only a snapshot in time and will change as Laurel overcomes the limiting factors to healthy growth.
